CimCim Kitchen is a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant located in Astoria, Queens. It is owned and operated by Flavors’ Omar Motair.

CimCim meaning “sesame” in the Western world, is an ancient spice known for its enduring strength and distinctive flavor. It’s been known across Europe and the Middle East as a healthy and robust source of sustenance for thousands of years.

The concept aims to become a destination for those looking to unwind from city life and connect with their community. The creative is influenced by the Mediterranean lifestyle and its pillars of wellness, simplicity, laughter, and sharing with loved ones.
