HI, I’M ALYSSA

 

…Creative Director, Multidisciplinary Designer, and Entrepreneur with a knack for great concepts ⚡️, a flair for detail 🔎, and a touch of empathy 💖. I blend visual storytelling and my passion for design, to create beautiful and engaging content with purpose.

I partner with clients and brands across technology, media, beauty, fashion, Fortune 500 companies, individual artists, start-ups, and cultural institutions. My favorite brands are unconventional, culturally aware, and driven to build connections.

My passion for creativity and constant learning is accompanied by the thrill of making things happen 🚀. Balancing structure and flexibility is important to me. I know how to plan ahead and set goals, while still being open to opportunities that arise in the moment. The ability to take risks, approach people, and make new connections has been crucial to my success. These qualities manifest in my personal work and collaborations, where I am motivated to shine a light on other creators and the amazing things they add to the world everyday.

Maintaining a healthy work–life balance is a priority for me. When I’m not on the job I love trying new recipes 🥑, collaborating with creative friends 🔮, exploring nature 🌺, and spending time with those I love (including my cats 🐱).

🎓 Education: I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Design from Syracuse University's School of Visual and Performing Arts. I minored in Visual Culture, Communications and Rhetorical Studies, and earned a concentration in Printmaking. I’ve taken Continuing Education classes from The Art Students League, SVA and ICP in Figure Drawing, 3D Design, Art Direction, Lighting, and Photography.
