I was involved in creating and designing social content for various Unilever beauty clients, including Toni & Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe, and Motions. The goal for both brands was to develop and grow their Facebook presence while staying true to the brand.
TONI & GUY HAIR MEET WARDROBE: Knowing our fans were already experienced in the basics of hair and wardrobe, we looked to inspire them by showcasing bold, experimental and daring looks. We highlighted words like "overdressed" to emphasize the brand characteristics and to incorporate photography and typography in a unique way. We also had some fun incorporating the ampersand into our executions, as it is an important element of the brand, unifying hair and wardrobe.
MOTIONS: Motions looked to highlight not only unique hairstyles, but also safe and healthy styles for curly hair. We created a how-to series to show our followers how to rock natural curls and other cool styles without damaging their hair. We also added in some fun and relatable quotes to empathize with the brands followers. We were able to build a consistent following and establish the brand on Facebook through these various campaigns sharing relatable and useful content.
