In June of 2014, Noise acquired the Intelligence Group. Being an active member of our culture board, I initiated a yearbook project to increase communication across both agencies. I sent out a creative and fun questionnaire (yes those do exist), and used some of the data to create a company infographic. I organized and shot most of the photography, designed the book, and worked with our printers to have it printed and bound nicely. Beyond the design, I was responsible for making the yearbook happen and managing all aspects of the project.
The yearbook was unveiled at our company retreat and was used as a tool in some improvisational group activities. Ultimately, the book sparked some great conversations between co-workers by creating some unique talking points, and was successful in bringing new people together.
